The RBA Ministry Team exists to develop a mission mindset within our association.
They do so by:
- Assisting our member churches as they start new churches and engage in other new mission opportunities. This team also seeks to strengthen existing mission works within the association.
- Identifying strategies for evangelism within the association.
- Creating opportunities for the development of both staff and lay leadership within the association.
- Planning training for church-based ministries to increase their effectiveness within the association.
- Equipping churches to offer community-based ministries to better serve those who reside within the bounds of our association.
